Aditya Jain is a Qualified Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary having an experience of more than 15 years in debt, equity, corporate finance & investment banking. He carries experience of working with one of the big four firms during internship and post qualification. He has worked with a leading private sector bank and reputed Category – I Merchant Banking firm. He has been actively engaged in mobilising funds from capital market & financial institutions for various reputed clientele. He has the rich experience of more than a decade of making investments in equity capital markets in listed and unlisted space.

Peeyush Rai is a post graduate (M Com) and bachelor in law (LLB) having experience of more than 7 years in the field of Accounts, Law, Compliance and Finance & Investments. He has worked as financial analyst for research and identification of potential investment opportunities in equity capital market. He has experience of preparing investment reports, MIS, managing backend of investment making processes etc.

Varunsingh Thakur is a qualified MBA and has completed his Masters of Commerce degree. He is having a working experience of more than 6 years into various domains like service industry, education sector, fintech and currently into capital markets. He has worked recently as an investment advisor at Motilal Oswal Financial Services Limited and has been actively engaged in capital market specializing in making qualitative & quantitative analysis of IPOs for the purpose of making investments in primary & secondary Markets.
